2lbs stew meat cubed 1/4 inch

2 LG yellow onions sliced (not cubed)
1/2 cup crushed Garlic
2 sliced green peppers
2 bay leafs
2 cans of kidney beans
2 cans of corn
1 dozen mushrooms sliced
1 heaping table spoon of fresh crushed oregano
table spoon of salt and sugar
2 tea spoons of cumin
2 teaspoons of basil
1 good beer (ale)
2 cans of crushed tomatoes
2 cans of sliced fresh tomatoes
2 can of tomato sauce
1/2 cup Chile powder
1 table spoon of ground pepper
1/2 cup of green chilies (new Mexico style)
3 to 4 drops of Dave insanity sauce
