| Texas Braggin' Chili |
3 lbs. good ground beef
2 buds garlic
1 tsp. comino seeds
1 huge onion, chopped
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. can Ranch style beans (optional)
1 lg. can tomato juice or V-8 juice to make it soupy
4 bouillon beef cubes
Pepper to taste
Brown beef
Soften garlic and onions
Add to beef
Add everything else
Simmer 2-3 hours adding more juice, bouillion or water as
required
