| Texas Chili Low Carb |
2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder (or use an
additional teaspoon regular chile powder)
3 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 (8 ounce) can no-sugar added tomato sauce
4 tomato sauce cans water
Brown the meat, onion and garlic in a large pot; drain grease
well.
Add all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Turn down
heat to low;
cover and simmer 1- 1 1/2 hours.
